To disable UAC open registry editor
then browse following
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
on the right side, you should see a setting for EnableLUA,
open it and change value data from 1 to 0.
it will look like this
then reboot your pc....
