First download ERD Commander.you can download it from here.
Now extract files and make bootable pendrive or bootable cd.
1)Insert ERD commander bootable cd and boot it or boot the bootable pendrive
2) Select your Windows XP installation from the list as shown below
3)From the ERD Commander menu (Start menu), click System Tools and click Locksmith
4)Click Next
5) Select the administrator account from the list for which you want to reset the password.
6)Type the new password in both the boxes, click Next and click Finish
7)Reboot your pc.
